APPLICATION FIELDS

We offer a wide range of supports/backings that can be used in the process of headliner’s thermoforming. Thanks to the good properties of the Spunlace in terms of elongation and tensile strength we can achieve high efficiency of the production and downtimes, also even more when the nonwovens have water repellence or releasing properties.

NEWJET is mainly produced polyester white and anthracite, from 50 gsm to 120 gsm.

This application field is in continuous expansion by using different materials in the assembly of seat covers as seam reinforcement of belts, or listing pockets of upholstery and in other seat cover components. This material meets the severe standards of this field regarding emissions and self-exstinguishing properties.

Mainly it is used POLIBOND from 70 to 100 gsm, supplied also in customized tapes from 19 mm till 50 mm.

A further interesting application is the foaming process for the production of cuscions, backrests, armrests and headrests. Often the suggested solutions are developed together with the customer.

For these applications are mainly used NEWJET 70 PS/Q FF and POL 698.

Light polyester nonwovens laminated by flame to the PU foam, used as backing of many view components in the cabin, as dashboard, door panel and seat covers.

NEWJET 30 PS/L in terms of workability, costs and absence of defects, gives undoubted advantages compared to a common jersey.
