NEEDLE-PUNCHED

A 100% polyester nonwoven from 100 gsm to 400 gsm, in white and black color. Needle-punched and hot calendered, it is well known as felt and our commercial name is Cisellina.

The main characteristics are the soft and round hand, the regular thickness even if with high density, and the dimensional stability to temperature.

The given properties make it suitable for "technical" manufacturing as transfer coating for the production of imitation leather goods (vegan), lamination, furniture, seals production and/or sound-proof details.

Further processing as post treatments allows to convey self-extinguishing properties or hydro-repellence, which are requested in many applications, Automotive included.

NEEDLE-PUNCHED PROPERTIES: Soft and uniform material, also with high thickness versions. With a weight from 100 gsm to 400 gsm and with an excellent dimensional stability.
NEEDLE-PUNCHED PERSONALIZED FINISHES: It is possible to request post treatments in order to convey the material flame retardant, hydro and oil repellent properties.
NEEDLE-PUNCHED APPLICATION FIELDS: Lamination, coating, Automotive, furniture and clothing, shoes.
