THERMOBONDED
Bestbond is avalaible from 14 gsm to 50 gsm and it’s produced through the hot calendering of the polyester or polypropylene staple fibers.
This technology allows to obtain extremely regular products, even with low weights, offering ideal lamination backings for applications where constant behaviour is required, such as industrial filtration, technical lamination, etc.
It’s one of the main materials used for face masks production when combined with Meltblown.
Other important characteristics are the softness and the heat or ultrasonic sealability.
