OUR PRODUCTION

This nonwoven, whose commercial name is Polibond, is obtained through the hot calendaring of polypropylene continuous filaments, with a range of weights from 30 gsm to 100 gsm..

The main characteristics are the hight tear and sewing resistance and its ultrasonic sealability. It is also available in the FR (flame retardant) version, authorised both from the Italian Ministry of the Interior for civil applications and from the international standard FMVSS302, which makes it suitable to be used inside the cabin of vehicles.

• SPUNBONDED PROPERTIES: High tear resistance and tensile strength makes it extremely versatile. It can be easily sewed and sealed with ultrasound. Weights vary from 30 gsm to 100 gsm.
• SPUNBONDED PERSONALIZED FINISHES: We have the possibility to carry out treatments to make it Flame Retardant and UV Rays resistant.
• SPUNBONDED APPLICATION FIELDS: Disposables, Automotive, laminating, alimentary and packaging.
