OUR PRODUCTION

Under the commercial name of Texilina we have a staple nonwoven obtained through the cohesion of polyester/viscose fibers by using various synthetic binders.

The possibility of changing the percentage of the components and use different types of latexes allows to obtain a wide range of articles and to meet the demands of multiple application fields, such as sewing, clothing, cosmetics, filtration, coating and lamination backings.

Combinations are even expanded by the possibility to work with 2 lines in order to obtain either a random or a parallel distribution of fibers.

The weight range varies from 25 gsm to 135 gsm, in both black and white colors.

• CHEMICAL BONDED PERSONALIZED FINISHES: Different compositions available (viscose + latex, polyester-viscose + latex), at mono and bi directional tear.
• CHEMICAL BONDED APPLICATION FIELDS: Coating, lamination, sewing, clothing, leather goods, filtration and shoulder pads.
