OUR PRODUCTION

With the trade name of Regon, we identify a type of nonwoven that is a result of different complex manufacturing processes: needle-punching, impregnation and horizontal splitting.

We can intervene on the fiber’s composition and on the variety of latex, in order to produce specific different categories of articles:

REGON S and SE: The main characteristics are the soft and round hand, the tensile and tear strength, which make it suitable as coating support for the shoe industry. Where it is important to have a good compromise between quality and price, the S version can be also used as anti-slip. A wide range of thicknesses and colours make it suitable for many application fields: leather goods, shoes, reinforcements and coating.

REGON T: The top in our selection of splitted materials, it has a great abrasion, which makes it perfect as anti-slip (heel grip) for shoes. We offer a wide range of colours and thicknesses (from 0,5 mm to 4 mm). It can be used for backing on the working surfaces of the automatic cutting machines

REGON TT: High density and first choice fibers permit to obtain an excellent anti-slip (heel grip) article at competitive prices.

• HEEL GRIP PROPERTIES: Smooth material with high tensile strength. Available in thickness from 0,5 mm to 4 mm.
• HEEL GRIP PERSONALIZED FINISHES: Different colours available and different densities depending on the primary application.
• HEEL GRIP APPLICATION FIELDS: Shoe industry, leather goods and others.
